Makes sense to have a safe for keeping important documents from prying eyes. Fire-proof sounds good too. Like lots of businesses, my home office is in the basement and if I have a fire, the fire fighters will use water to put it out. That water's going somewhere...

I discovered this safe by accident. Mainly because I was looking for a large capacity and relatively inexpensive safe. Almost all safes are fireproof but water-proof safes were not displayed and as it turns out, un-common.
Common sense makes this a no-brainer business decision. If we wern't so polite we'd suggest that Sentry Safe's marketing department is a no-brainer for missing an excellent opportunity to distinguish it's waterproof fire-safe from it's competition.
Shipping is an issue or I'd sell this product at teknia micro but it's kinda hard to beat Walmart's price in the $60 - $70 price range. It was well over $100 at Office Supply stores when I last checked.
